KuduCare

Work with KuduCare

More ways to care. More ways to grow.

Some clients stop therapy after a session or two. Others never start, struggle to apply therapeutic skills, or need something less intensive than weekly appointments.

These are clinical challenges with real consequences for practice economics.

KuduCare helps practices address these gaps with clinician-directed behavioral support, flexible care programs and new revenue opportunities, including RTM when eligible.

We're looking for clinical experts and independent partners to help bring these capabilities to more practices.

What is Nudge?

Nudge is a Class I software medical device that supports clinician-directed behavioral care outside traditional appointments.

It delivers structured activities and check-ins, captures participation and response, and gives clinicians information to guide ongoing care.

For qualifying services, Nudge also supports RTM monitoring, time tracking, documentation and eligibility review.

Clinicians in charge

The treating clinician selects the interventions, reviews progress and decides when to change or stop.

More ways to care

Support skills practice, early engagement, lower-intensity services and appropriate caregiver programs.

More ways to grow

Help practices develop additional services, improve how they support clients and pursue reimbursement when eligible.

Your patients. Your data.

Practices control their patient records. KuduCare does not sell protected health information. Data use and export rights are governed by our service agreements.

How Nudge works in practice

Clinicians make the clinical calls. Nudge does the repetitive work in between.

For the client

Nudge client screens: a reflection prompt, a voice reflection and a caregiver confidence check
  1. 1. Arrives by text or email. One tap opens it in the browser. No app download.
  2. 2. A short daily practice. Learn a skill, check in, practice it, reflect, with rest days built in.
  3. 3. Signal back to the care team. Check-ins surface changes before the next visit.

For the clinician

Nudge clinician portal showing flagged clients, monitoring days, review minutes and cycle-end readiness
  1. 1. Clinician-directed. The therapist selects the program and adjusts the focus when judgment calls for it.
  2. 2. See who needs you. Flags and quiet clients rise to the top of one screen.
  3. 3. Documented as you go. Monitoring days and review time are tracked, with a check before billing.

Where Clinical Product Advisors contribute

Shaping the activities, check-ins, caregiver support and program arcs clients see, and the signals clinicians review.

Where Partners contribute

Helping practices adopt the clinician workflow: enrollment, training, billing handoff and ongoing operating support.

New opportunities for the practices you serve

Early disengagement

Explore ways to reconnect with clients who stop after one or two sessions.

Referrals that never start

Offer orientation and a practical first step for people not yet ready to begin therapy.

Support between appointments

Help clients practice therapeutic skills and give clinicians visibility into their experience.

Chronic illness and caregiving

Address behavioral needs associated with anxiety, respiratory conditions, aging and caregiver strain.

RTM can help make qualifying services financially sustainable. Other applications may provide clinical and business value without RTM.

Clinical Product Advisor

Up to 10 hours per month

We're looking for experienced clinicians to challenge our thinking and help shape what reaches clients through Nudge.

Your contribution

  • Review therapeutic programs, activities and check-ins.
  • Advise on clinical appropriateness, safety and treatment boundaries.
  • Help improve the client and clinician experience.
  • Identify practical applications across behavioral health and chronic care.
  • Participate in product reviews and development discussions.

You're a good fit if

Licensed behavioral health professionals, physicians, care managers and respiratory clinicians with relevant clinical experience.

Experience with anxiety, older adults, chronic illness, caregiver support or digital health is particularly valuable.

This is a fractional product advisory opportunity, not a full-time or direct patient-care position.

KuduCare Partner Program

Your business. Our platform and support.

You already understand the practices you serve. We provide the technology, clinical programs and operating resources to help you offer them something more.

Build new consulting services, support implementation and develop recurring business without building the technology yourself.

Choose how involved you want to be

Referral Partner

Identify and introduce appropriate practices

Earning: One-time referral compensation

Certified Advisor

Educate, assess fit and help practices launch

Earning: Recurring subscription share and eligible service fees

Certified Partner

Lead sales, implementation, training and customer relationships

Earning: Greater recurring participation and service revenue

Certified Reseller

Manage the commercial relationship and ongoing customer services

Earning: Wholesale reseller margins and professional-services revenue

Your earning opportunity grows with the responsibilities you take on.

How ongoing participation works

Unlike referral platforms that charge monthly fees simply to connect a client, KuduCare never sells leads or takes a cut of therapy rates. Practices retain their client and billing relationships.

Remote Therapeutic Monitoring and related care management pathways require active, documented monthly monitoring and ongoing clinical engagement to remain billable. Because practices cannot simply launch once and step away, Certified Advisors and Partners earn recurring subscription share and service revenue for the continuous workflow support, training and operational guidance that keep delivery compliant month after month.

Specific compensation, certification requirements, customer contracting arrangements and commercial terms are reviewed with qualified candidates.

What you can offer your clients

Additional care options

Support clients whom conventional appointment-based models may not adequately serve.

New service opportunities

Help practices establish clinician-guided programs, including RTM when appropriate.

Operational expertise

Offer readiness assessments, workflow development, staff training, implementation and optimization.

A longer-term relationship

Build on your existing consulting services rather than relying on one-time projects.

What KuduCare provides

  • Technology: Nudge platform, clinical programs and monitoring tools.
  • Clinical resources: Structured behavioral content, research and program-development expertise.
  • Reimbursement: RTM education, payer considerations and documentation guidance.
  • Business tools: Practice assessments, economic models, presentations and demonstrations.
  • Implementation: Configuration, onboarding, training and launch support.
  • Ongoing support: Product maintenance, technical assistance and agreed customer support.
  • Partner development: Training, qualification and certification opportunities.

You're a good fit if

Professionals with experience in:

  • Behavioral health practice management and consulting
  • Billing, RCM, credentialing and reimbursement
  • Clinical education and practice operations
  • Primary care and chronic disease management
  • Respiratory therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Geriatric care and family caregiver services

You don't need prior RTM experience. You do need relevant healthcare knowledge and a willingness to understand the practices and people you're helping.
